Q: I buy tickets for myself and my four sons for away games. But it comes with an additional cost of £1.50 per transaction. This costs me an extra £7.50 for the five tickets. Why is this?
A: All online sales incur an administration fee. There are credit/debit card charges and internet charges that have to be recouped. The booking fee also includes postage for the tickets to be sent out where required.
Q: As a home season ticket holder, am I entitled to use my Jack Army membership to buy an additional home ticket?
A: Yes, every season ticket holder who is a Jack Army member can buy one additional home ticket if available at the time of purchase.
Q: As an away season ticket holder, am I entitled to use my Jack Army membership to buy additional away tickets?
A: No. Jack Army membership only entitles you to buy one away ticket.
Q: How does family and friends work and what sort of controls and restrictions are in place?
A: Jack Army members can have as many friends and family as they like. However, they can only buy for 10 linked members at any one time. Friends and family have to be added online. If there are any issues doing this, please do not hesitate to contact the ticket office at
ticketoffice@liberty-stadium.com or 0844 815 6665
Q: Is there going to be a statement on senior concession rates for those who bought an away season ticket? Over 60's and over 65's have apparently been charged full price tickets for the first two away games. Are they going to be charged full price for the season?
A: The original decision was not to have a concession membership other than children when the away season ticket was introduced. This decision has been reviewed and the senior citizen rate will now be introduced. Unfortunately some clubs stipulate senior citizens as over 60 and other over 65, so this will be determined on a game-by-game basis.
Q: When will the points loyalty system kick in?
Points get added once your ticket purchase has been processed by the ticket office and not at the time of purchase. No decision of when the points system will kick in has been made yet.
Full details on the points allocated per game are available on the Jack Army Loyalty Points Scheme page.
Q: I want to buy a disabled ticket for an away game. What proof does the away team need? How many disabled tickets are available for any particular game and does it include a carer?
A: Away disabled tickets vary per club. Disabled supporters need to register at
disabledofficer@liberty-stadium.com to be put into a draw for away disabled tickets. The proof needed is a copy of the disability living allowance letter, which proves the disabled person is in receipt of high level support.

Q: Are flags banned from the Liberty Stadium?
A: The stadium has not totally banned flags, banners or surfers (big flags or replica shirts that are surfed over heads).
However, stadium authorities throughout Wales and England have been asked to examine flags for kite marks or proof that they are made from fire resistant materials. This has resulted from the increase in the use of flares - which are banned - within stadiums and the concern that they could ignite and cause serious injury.
If the flags appear to not comply with the above, then the stadium will be advising supporters to take them away and get them treated before they are allowed to display them within the stadium.
The full policy is available here Stadium flag policy.

Q: Are there any more parking permits available at the stadium this season?
A: Unfortunately there are no more parking permits available for the stadium itself. The only permits available are for the car park adjacent to the Swansea Tennis Centre and Pentrehafod School.
Further details and prices are available from the stadium Management Company on 01792 616402 or the ticket office on 0844 815 6665.
Q: I am a season ticket holder and have been puzzled with our ticket allocation for our away games. I have been under the impression that under Premier League rules, 10% of the stadium capacity (after segregation) must be reserved for away fans. Please can you explain why our allocation is often below the 10%?
A: The Premier League rule is that the home team must make available 3,000 tickets (or as close to as segregation allows) for the away team. However, if the capacity of the stadium is less than 30,000, then it is reduced to 10 per cent of the capacity.
