Jonathan de Guzman and Michel Vorm were unused substitutes as Holland finished top of Group B with a 2-0 victory over Chile.
In a tightly fought encounter, the Dutch recorded their third win in as many games, courtesy of goals from Leroy Fer and Memphis Depay.
After a cagey first period, Holland gained control of the tie in the 77th minute when Fer headed home with his first touch.
Bayern Munich winger Arjen Robben continued to impress and provided the ammunition for Depay to deliver the killer blow deep into injury time, when he crossed for the PSV Eindhoven midfielder to tap home from close range.
Holland now await confirmation of the runner-up of Group A, who they will face in the round of 16 at 5pm on Sunday, June 29.
