. . . young Swans secure three points on the road at Leeds

Swans Under-18s ran out 2-1 victors against Leeds United on Saturday (Oct 26), courtesy of goals from Owain Jones and Kyle Copp.

The young Swans made a 13-hour all-round bus trip to and from Leeds United Training Ground, but it proved worthwhile as they battled to gain three more points in the Professional Development League 2.

The first goal came as a result of a superb team move of 32 consecutive passes, involving every single Swans player, and was finished off by Owain Jones.

Academy manager Tony Pennock was disappointed to see his side concede from a set-piece, but was delighted that his players showed the character to battle back and score a winner through Kyle Copp, with ten minutes remaining.
