The Centre of Excellence, coupled with our Scholarship programme, is an educational establishment. A youngster associated with the club is engaged to learn and develop.

Our programme for learning is naturally centred on football activities, yet we consider that we can offer and provide for many other facets, which are important for a youngster to develop as an individual within society.

In addition to helping a youngster to enhance his football ability, we will also educate him on aspects of fitness, nutrition and health issues.

Significantly, also, we are committed to ensuring that all youngsters associated with the club acquire good values and standards, which will sustain them throughout their lives, irrespective of their ultimate achievements as football players.

We consider that a central feature of our role as educators is to ensure that a youngster acquires the values of tolerance, self esteem, respect for others, loyalty, self-discipline and commitment to a cause.
