Championship "Total Football" DVD is now available in the club shop and online
"It's just like watching Arsenal", declared Wales and Liverpool legend Ian Rush.
"The way they play it's almost like Barcelona'', added Wales and Fulham midfielder Simon Davies.
"If there is a better football-playing team in the Championship, or the Premier League for that matter, then they have yet to announce themselves,'' announced the posh people at the Sunday Times.
Well it was that kind of season - Swansea's first in the Championship, the second tier of English football, in 24 years.
But the Swans didn't just make up the numbers on their Championship return - they turned on the style.
The Swans earned the plaudits from pundits, fans, opposing players and managers alike as their unique brand of slick, passing football made them the talk of the Championship - and above.
And in recognition of a memorable first season back in the Championship, we have released a special edition two-disc DVD that highlights and reviews a fantastic 2008-09 campaign.
Entitled Championship "Total Football", there is nearly four hours of Swans footage - with the best bits narrated by our very own Liberty star Kevin Johns.

King Kev helps Swans fans relive those memorable league wins over the likes of Wolves, Reading, Preston and Ipswich; plus that famous Carling Cup triumph over rivals Cardiff City and the unforgettable FA Cup run that took in Fulham and Portsmouth.
And as a permanent reminder of a remarkable season, we've also got plenty of extras that include . . .
* Exclusive behind the scenes footage, including a special sketch with Kev Johns and members of Garry Monk's squad.
* Exclusive interviews and footage from the end of season Player of the Year Awards;
* The best bits from Sky and ITV, including Skill Skool, interviews and plenty of fun bits.
* And of course . . . plenty of goals, goals, goals!
The end of season DVD is an absolute MUST for all Swans fans, priced at £14.99. It's available in the club shop now.

*The winner of our competition to provide the 'official title' for the DVD went to Matthew Ingram of Aberdare who suggested "Total Football".
Matthew will now have his name included on the sleeve credits, plus win a free copy of the DVD signed personally by members of the squad when they return for pre-season training at the Liberty Stadium.
