Stephen Dobbie is now back in training after a month on the sidelines.
The striker was forced out of the Carling Cup defeat against Scunthorpe United last month with a rib injury.
But he is the latest of a line of players to come off the injured list and is in contention for Saturday's clash against Sheffield United.
"Stephen has now had the all clear," said Swans physio Cerian Parham.
"He is now back in full training and showing no signs of the injury which has kept him out for the last four weeks.
"He will be available for selection this weekend."
The Swans' long injury list has been gradually getting shorter in recent weeks and the return of the former Queen of the South front-man will be a welcome boost for Paulo Sousa, who has also welcomed back the likes of Fede Bessone, Tom Butler and Ferrie Bodde since the international break.
There is also some positive news surrounding the fitness of midfield duo Joe Allen and Darren Pratley.
"Joe Allen didn't travel to Barnsley as a precautionary measure but he is continuing well with his rehabilitation and will hopefully be back in training by the end of this week," added Parham.
"Darren Pratley is still recovering from the illness which knocked him back a bit as he was recovering from his shoulder injury.
"He's just building up his strength now and should recommence training next week."
Albert Serran (ankle) is set for a return in the next two to three weeks while Guillem Bauza (knee) is undergoing rehabilitation back in Spain.
