Shefki Kuqi has been handed a first Swansea City start against his former club at Selhurst Park.
The Finnish striker, who spent three years at Palace, comes in for Gorka Pintado while two changes also come in midfield.
Out go Joe Allen and Saturday goalscorer David Cotterill and in come Andrea Orlandi and Mark Gower in their places.
