Swans boss Paulo Sousa has told his team that they haven't got time to look at the Championship table - just yet.
Paulo was delighted with his side's superb 1-0 win at Watford, courtesy of a first-half header from Shefki Kuqi, which confirmed their play-off credentials again after Saturday's late disappointment at Nottingham Forest.
The victory kept the injury-hit Swans in fourth place on a healthy 59 points on a night when play-off rivals Cardiff City and Sheffield United both slipped up.
But with another five games to come in March, starting with a double header at the Liberty Stadium against Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday and West Brom on Tuesday night, Paulo was quick to remind his team that they need to remain fully focused.
"We have no time to look at the table," said Paulo, whose side was decimated by injury at Vicarage Road. "Everyone keeps saying we can go up because we keep picking up results. The players believe as well, but in football many things can happen.
"We need to keep it up for the rest of the season now. We must continue to make the right decisions, remain focused and difficult to beat.
"After the Forest defeat on Saturday, mentally it was always going to be very difficult for us against Watford. But we picked ourselves up and came away with a good result.
"We defended as a team and our organisation and positioning was excellent. As players they are becoming better every day.
"We are looking to win every game and we will see where we end up at the end of the season.''
Watford manager Malky Mackay was disappointed not to come away with at least a share of the spoils at Vicarage Road.
"I'm frustrated after that, just like my players,'' he said. "With the amount of chances we created we deserved something, if not all three points.
"That's as good as we have played in the first half. We peppered their area and the keeper made a great save to deny Jon Harley.
"We've got to win as many games as we can between now and the end of the season.
"There are a lot of points up for grabs and if we play like that the ball will drop for us and we will score goals."
