Swans boss Paulo Sousa has admitted he's had to work overtime this week lifting his players ahead of Saturday's trip to QPR.
Paulo will make his first return to Loftus Road since his dismissal nearly a year ago looking to bounce back from Tuesday's 2-0 defeat at home to West Brom.
It wasn't so much the defeat that Paulo felt hit the players hard, but the manner of it after a controversial penalty late on set the Baggies on course to secure the second automatic promotion spot.
"It was hard to lift the players mentally after the game,'' admitted Paulo, "They didn't take the result so well.
"They were frustrated and they were down even more than I expected.
"But I told them we can't afford to look back on all these decisions going against us and we need to be strong.
"Thankfully football always gives you the opportunity to move on quickly. Our opportunity will come at QPR on Saturday and I know the boys are raring to go again.''

The Swans boss will be looking to maintain their eight-point gap on seventh-placed Sheffield United with just nine games to go.
And with Andrea Orlandi returning to the training field yesterday, plus the imminent return of Joe Allen and Albert Serran to training next week, Paulo's squad is slowly getting stronger as the run-in enters a crucial stage.
"The boys were all disappointed after West Brom,'' added Swans midfielder Darren Pratley. "But now we have to pick ourselves up for QPR.
"We have to move on and make sure we finish in the play-offs, at least.''

It's a view shared by Swans winger David Cotterill, who added: "One point from six at home was not ideal, so it's important we bounce back.
"We've got a few points on Cardiff and the chasing pack, so it's all in our own hands.
"We are all excited to be involved in the push for promotion; there is a good team spirit here and we are all confident of finishing the job.
"We've got two tough away games coming up, but perhaps it could be easier for us away from home. At the Liberty Stadium teams come and shut up shop, but on the road the home team will be looking for the win and that opens things up for us a bit more. We are creating chances, but we've just got to put a few of them away.
"We are in the top six (fifth place) at the moment and we must remain focused because our priority is to stay there until the end of the season.''

They'll face a QPR side enjoying an upturn in fortunes since the arrival of Neil Warnock as manager.
Two home wins at Loftus Road against West Brom and Plymouth were followed by a draw at Sheffield United and a slender 1-0 defeat in midweek to in-form Reading.
Warnock, however, will be forced into changes for the first time as QPR manager, with central defender Damion Stewart out with a one-match ban.
