Swansea City youngsters Keiran Howard and Jamie Grimes had mixed fortunes as they took to the field in the Welsh Premiership this weekend.
The first year professionals are currently on loan at Neath FC and Haverfordwest County respectively in a bid to play regular first-team football.
Midfielder Howard made the deadline day move to The Gnoll and was handed his Eagles' debut in Saturday's convincing 4-1 win at Porthmadog.
By the time he was introduced on 73 minutes the visitors were already 4-0 to the good and came within seconds of keeping a clean sheet only to concede at the death.

Jamie Grimes was also on the road to north Wales, this time to the east, as the Pembrokeshire Bluebirds tackled Airbus UK Broughton at the Airfield on Sunday afternoon.
And despite cancelling out Airbus' opener the home side went on to register a 3-1 victory - their first win of the season.
Centre back Grimes picked up a yellow card shortly before the hour in his sixth appearance for the New Bridge Meadow outfit.
Haverfordwest host Port Talbot on Friday evening (7.30pm) while Neath are at home against newly promoted Bala Town on Sunday (2.30pm).
