Andrea is fit for the fray

Roberto Martinez declared Andrea Orlandi ready for the rigours of the Championship after the winger continued his impressive pre-season with a maiden Swansea City goal.
Orlandi has spent the summer bulking up after admitting to finding the physical side of the English game tough in his debut Swansea season.
And Martinez believes he will have one of the most effective left-sided players outside the Premier League at his disposal next term.
''Without a doubt Andrea is going to be the best left-footed player in the Championship,'' the Swansea manager said.
''It was just the other side of his game that Andrea needed to work on.
''You have to be effective and you have to be ready for the British game, and I think Andrea is ready now.
''He understands what is needed now and he has come back really focused and worked hard since day one.
''It's great to see him score his first goal. With the quality he has got he should hit the back of the net a lot more often.''
Orlandi struck two minutes after half-time to give Swansea victory over Palamos.
Swansea were given a stern examination by the part-timers in the first half, but came through strongly in the second period and might have stretched their advantage.
''It's always nice to get a win but the more important thing to me at this time of the year is the exercise,'' Martinez added.
''The humid conditions made it so difficult to keep the tempo up that they couldn't manage it. This was our third game in three days and we will reap the rewards for our fitness levels further down the line.''
Swansea round off their Spanish tour with a game against Barcelona's second string tonight.
