Martinez dished out hairdryer treatment

Febian Brandy revealed his team-mates were given the hairdryer treatment by Roberto Martinez following their 4-0 hammering at Reading on Saturday.
The Spanish boss experienced the biggest defeat of his managerial career as Swansea sank without a trace at the Madejski Stadium.
By the time Brandy had replaced Jason Scotland at half-time the game was virtually over as Steve Coppell's side boasted a three-goal advantage.
A dressing down by Martinez did motivate his players a little as they showed more ambition in the second half, but a late Kevin Doyle goal put the icing on the cake for the hosts.
That meant another stern evaluation in the dressing room — a situation which Martinez has not had to revert to so far in his time at the Liberty Stadium.
''It was very, very disappointing because we didn't reach the standard in which we know we can play at,'' said Brandy.
''I thought we were all over them in the second half, but we still gave them chances to score. Obviously the first half score really impacted on the second half, but we needed to go out and do ourselves justice.

''The gaffer let us know what he though about our performance and you know something is majorly wrong when that happens because he is a very calm manager.''
The Manchester United youngster gave Swansea a different avenue in the second half as his pace put the Reading defence on the back foot on a few occasions.
So far he has been restricted to a role on the bench as Martinez has turned to Scotland and Spaniard Gorka Pintado to lead the attack.
But following his latest run out, Brandy is hoping he has done enough to persuade Martinez to start him in tomorrow night's clash at Preston.
''To be fair I think I did well when I came on,'' said Brandy, who is on loan at the Liberty for a second time.
''The gaffer asked me to turn the defenders and give them some trouble.
''I won a number of free-kicks and managed to worry the defenders. We have different abilities up front and I'm glad I have the opportunity to bring something different to the Swans.
''I know I can do some damage with my pace and I hope to get a start at Preston tomorrow.''
