Darren signed for the Swans in the summer of 2006 for £100,000 from Premiership Fulham on a three-year contract.
The midfielder, who graduated through Fulham's Academy ranks after joining from Arsenal, also captained Fulham's Reserve side before making his first team debut as a 19-year-old in the Carling Cup in September 2003.
He went on to make an appearance in the League game against Charlton at The Valley in November of the same year before spending time on loan at Brentford.
Former boss Kenny Jackett named him as captain during the absence of Garry Monk through injury but his best spell in a Swans shirt has come under Roberto Martinez as he slotted into a three-man midfield.
Pratley was a key performer as the Swans went on to lift the League One title in 2008 and also played a huge role in the club's first campaign back in the Championship.
It led to him being shortlisted for the 'Supporters' Player of the Year' while also earning a call-up for Jamaica though he is yet to play for the Reggae Boyz.
