Pacy young winger who joined the club on loan from Premiership side Liverpool at the beginning of the 2007/08 season.
Paul played a major part in helping secure Swansea City's promotion to the Coca-Cola Championship by scoring seven goals in 31 appearances.
He was out of action for over two months after picking up an injury at Nottingham Forest in January but returned towards the end of the season as the Swans booked their place in the second tier of English football for the first time in 24 years.
Lifted the Young Player of the Year award at the end of the season.
