A right back who hails from Cwmbwrla, Sheehan signed on at Swansea as an Under-15 player.
The pacy defender was one of six youngsters offered a professional contract in 2009 after impressing for the youth and reserve teams.
Once of Prescelli and West End, he has experience of playing in an English Schools FA Cup final for Swansea Schoolboys against Liverpool and also scored the winning goal in a Welsh Schools' Cup final at Wrexham.
