Brendan Rodgers - Manager

Brendan took over at the Swans in July 2010 following Paulo Sousa's departure to Leicester City.

Born in Carnlough, the former Northern Ireland international retired as a professional footballer with Reading at the age of 20 due to injury.

He remained at Reading and was appointed as youth team coach before being head-hunted by Jose Mourinho to become youth team manager at Chelsea in 2004.

Two years later he was promoted to reserve team boss at Stamford Bridge before taking over as Watford manager in November 2008.

His stay at Vicarage Road was brief, however, as he returned to Reading to replace Steve Coppell as manager in June 2009.

But, following a difficult start where he was forced to sell some of the club's top players after their exit from the Premier League, he left the Championship club by mutual consent in December 2009.

He was back in management seven months later as he headed to the Liberty Stadium.

Sharing the same footballing philosophy as the Swans, it proved a perfect match.

Brendan tempted Scott Sinclair away from former club Chelsea while another Chelsea youngster Fabio Borini made a massive impact after joining on loan later in the season.

They proved shrewd signings as in his first full season as manager, Brendan led the Swans into the Premier League via the play-offs thanks to a Wembley win against former employers Reading.

In doing so, Brendan became the first manager in the club's proud history to guide the Swans to the Premier League.

The achievements didn't end there though as, shortly after the Wembley heroics, Brendan climbed Mount Kilimanjaro to raise money for Marie Curie Cancer Care.

colin pascoe

Colin Pascoe - First-Team Coach

Bridgend-born Pascoe racked up almost 500 league and cup appearances in his playing career, which included two stints at the Swans along with Sunderland and Blackpool.

Made his debut while an apprentice at Vetch Field - against Brighton in the First Division in 1983. Won his full debut on his 18th birthday against Liverpool at Anfield, and went on to make 346 appearances (73 goals) for the Swans - including a successful Fourth Division promotion campaign in 1987-88 - before making the long trip to Third Division Sunderland where he enjoyed another promotion campaign that same season.

He spent five years in the north east before he rejoined the Swans on a loan spell which later was turned permanent.

His time back at the Swans saw him play a massive part in the club's Autoglass Trophy success at Wembley in 1994, but two years later joined Blackpool under Sam Allardyce.

He returned to live in Port Talbot and joined Merthy Tydfil, after a brief spell in Hong Kong with FC Golden, before coaching spells at Carmarthen, Cardiff City and Port Talbot.

Returned to the Swans - and their new home at the Liberty Stadium - on a part-time coaching basis under Kenny Jackett before turning full-time.

Pascoe, who won ten Wales caps, worked under Roberto Martinez and Paulo Sousa before being promoted to assistant-manager following Brendan Rodgers's arrival.

Alan Curtis

Alan Curtis - First-Team Coach

Alan Curtis is synonymous with Swansea City. In fact, he's simply known around the club as 'The Legend'.

The Welsh international not only played for the club over three different spells, but he has also held virtually every footballing position possible off the field from Football in the Community officer to youth team coach, first team caretaker manager and current coach.

He won 35 caps for his country and also had spells at Leeds United, Southampton and Cardiff City in a career that spanned two decades.

Curt experienced the highs of the game at the top level with the Swans during their meteoric rise through all four divisions to the top of the First, but only after he had experienced the lows as the Swans were forced to apply for re-election to the Football League in 1975.

During the 1977-78 promotion winning season he scored 32 league goals, just three short of the record set by Cyril Pearce during the 1931-32 season, and 12 months later joined Leeds United for a club record £400,000.

Noted for his body swerve, he had three spells with the Swans, but his individual goal in the Swans debut match in the old First Division against his former club Leeds will be remembered for a long time.

The Rhondda-born legend, nephew of Roy Paul, scored 95 goals from 359 league appearances for the Swans.

Since his playing career wound down in 1990, Curt has remained in the game as a coach with both the Swans and Wales, giving back to the game his wisdom and experience gained during his years as a player.

He has also occupied the assistant manager, youth team manager, and Football in the Community officer roles at the Swans along with a stint as matchday host.

Now First-Team Coach, Curt works alongside manager Brendan Rodgers and assistant Colin Pascoe as the Swans take in their first Premier League campaign.

Adrian Tucker

Adrian Tucker - Goalkeeping Coach

Adrian Tucker arrived at the Liberty Stadium in 2009 as a replacement for outgoing goalkeeping coach Inaki Bergara.

Merthyr-born, Tucker ended a 12-year stint at the Welsh Football Trust to take up his role at the Swans.

Upon his arrival at the Liberty, he was one of only three Uefa A Licence goalkeeping coaches in Wales - Glan Letheren and Pat Mountain the other two.

He started his career as an apprentice keeper at Torquay, where a certain Garry Monk was coming through the schoolboys ranks at the same time.

Although a shoulder injury cut his professional career short, he moved back across the border to play for the likes of Ebbw Vale, Inter Cardiff and Aberystwyth in the League of Wales, while also enjoying spells at Merthyr and in the Welsh League.

While developing the processes of coach education and young player development with the Welsh Football Trust, he was also involved with the Wales Under-17 squad with Ian Rush and the Under-19s with his goalkeeping hero Neville Southall. He was also the national manager for the Welsh Ladies team.

Chris Davies

Chris Davies - Match Analyst

Chris Davies joined the Swans coaching staff last season as the club's new match analyst.

He was Reading's youth captain under Brendan Rodgers while they were at the Madejski Stadium together, and jumped at the chance of working with him again.

Played at under-17s, 18 and 19 level for Wales before opting to study Sports and Exercise Science at Loughborough University.

After completing the course, he spent three years in New Zealand with Hawkes Bay United under former Wales boss Bobby Gould.

But with Brendan heading to the Liberty Stadium, Davies was on his way back to Britain to reunite with his former boss.

Filling the void left by Nelson Jardim's departure to Leicester City, Davies is responsibe for supplying the Swans with all the match stats and info on future opponents.

He made a successful start to life at the Liberty as the club secured promotion to the Premier League.

Suzan Eames

Suzan Eames - Football Utilities Co-ordinator

Suzan took over as Football Utilities Co-ordinator at the club 11 years ago.

A huge Swans fan, she originally started work at the Harry Griffiths Bar at the Vetch Field during Jan Molby's reign before helping prepare the kit.

Born in Birmingham before moving to Swansea via Plymouth, Suzan has worked under nine managers during her time at the club.

Her duties include preparing staff kits, matchday kit, substitutes' playing kit, warm-up kit, bibs and ensuring footballs are pumped and pressurised to regulation for the first team and reserves.
