Dennis Lawrence, Darren Way and Owain Tudur Jones were the three absentees missing from the Swansea City party that flew to Sweden this week for a week of high altitude training.

Lawrence missed the flight after pulling a hamstring in training last week, while midfielders Way and Tudur Jones also stayed at home because of their long-term injury problems.
Lawrence is likely to be sidelined for around a fortnight, so should be fit by the time Swansea play four friendlies on their tour of Holland at the end of the month.
But Tudur Jones (knee) and Way (shin) are not expected back in action until late August at the earliest, despite spending the summer doing rehabilitation work at the Liberty Stadium.
Swansea's fit players face a week of tough conditioning work before playing their first pre-season game against Swedish lower league side Ostersund - a fixture which marks the opening of their new stadium - on Saturday.
