The boys should be fresh and raring to go tonight despite being in the middle of another hectic fixture schedule.
One of the problems of living down in this lovely part of the world is that we always seem to be stuck on the motorway travelling to away games up and down the country.
It says it all when, apart from our trip to Cardiff of course, fixtures at the likes of Bristol City and Reading are classed as local derbies as well, despite the fact that we are still stuck on the team bus for up to three hours.
But the boys now class Norwich as a local derby as well, even though it's over six hours away by coach!
The reason is that for last Saturday's fixture at Carrow Road we actually chartered a plane and flew from Cardiff to Norwich in less than an hour.
Not only did we come away with all three points, but the boys felt as if they hadn't done any travelling at all.
It made a massive difference to our recovery programme as the boys didn't feel fatigued, especially not to the extent a six-hour coach trip home would have.
As you can see from the attached photo, some players even managed to get some sleep on the flight home, although the boys reckoned Prats was just too scared to open his eyes!
I've already sent my Christmas list off to the chairman from the rest of the squad. Not being greedy, of course, the list only includes one item - a luxury jet to be housed at Swansea Airport for all away game!
On the injury front, Marcos Painter underwent a knee operation to repair his cruciate ligament last Thursday.
I'm glad to say the operation was deemed a success by surgeon Jonathan Webb. It was a straight forward reconstruction with no other damage around the knee.
Paints is already in the gym working on his movement and stability, which shows a great attitude and mental strength.
Andrea Orlandi is continuing his progress from a thigh injury that will keep him out for another couple of weeks, while Joe Allen has started straight line running as he looks to step up his comeback from ankle ligament damage.
Tom Butler took part in his first training session with the boys this week and is probably just seven days from recovering from his hamstring injury.
Goalkeeper Dorus de Vries has been sporting a new clear mask that has enabled him to step up his training programme following his depressed cheekbone and fractured jaw.
At a push, he could even come into the frame for tonight's game. If not, then the Coventry and Cardiff games are on the cards.
