The reserves were beaten 4-0 in their first Football Combination game of the season at Cheltenham Town this afternoon.

Aaron Ledgister gave the home side a 10th minute lead from 12-yards, trialist Alistair John doubled Town's lead nine minutes later and Ledgister added a third on 24 minutes.

The Swans held out until the 79th minute until Albert Serran put the ball past his own 'keeper to round-off the scoring for the Robins.

Alan Tate was named captain of the side and he partners Albert Serran in defence while Kristian O'Leary, Joe Allen and Andrea Orlandi started in midfield.

Colin Pascoe started with trialist goalkeeper Ben Hopkins meaning that Head of Youth Tony Pennock, who registered as a player yesterday, was on the bench.
