Swansea City clinched the signing of World Cup winner Fernando Llorente from Sevilla for an undisclosed fee on August 4, 2016.
The striker signed a two-year contract at the Liberty Stadium after undergoing a successful medical.
Llorente arrived in SA1 with a hugely impressive CV, having won both the World Cup and European Championships with Spain, for whom he has 24 caps.
At club level, he’s lifted two Serie A titles with Juventus, along with the Coppa Italia, while he reached the Champions League final in 2015.
In Spain, he helped his first club Athletic Bilbao to the finals of the Copa del Rey and Europa League on three occasions.
And, in May, he lifted silverware after Sevilla beat Liverpool in the Europa League final.
