Scott Tancock signed his first professional contract in the summer of 2012 after impressing for the Youth team.
He was ever-present for Tony Pennock's young guns last season as they reached the fifth round of the FA Youth Cup and won the FAW Welsh Cup.
The central defender scored the equaliser against The New Saints in the final as well as netting the opening goal in the Swans' superb 3-1 win over Liverpool in the Youth Cup.
Tancock also made a handful of appearances for Alan Curtis's Reserve side last term as he now looks to develop even further in the first-team environment.
