Jay Fulton joined the Swans from Falkirk in January 2014 on a two-and-a-half year deal and immediately linked up with the club's Under-21 squad.
Fulton had shown his potential with the Scottish Championship club, having made over 100 appearances in midfield and helping Falkirk to two semi-finals in domestic cup competitions.
The midfielder made his first Premier League appearance as a substitute in the 4-1 win over Aston Villa back in April before making his first senior start in the final game of the season away at Sunderland.
Played five games during the 2014-15 campaign, including the 1-0 victory at Southampton.
Spent time on loan with Oldham at the start of the 2015-16 season before featuring twice for the Swans in victories over Arsenal and Liverpool before the end of the campaign.
Signed a new four-year deal in July 2016, with Fulton now under contract until the summer of 2020.
