Swedish international goalkeeper Kristoffer Nordfeldt joined Swansea City from Dutch side Heerenveen for an undisclosed fee in June 2015.
Nordfeldt, who joined on his 26th birthday, signed a three-year contract.
Nordfeldt started his career with Brommapojkarna, for whom he made well over 100 appearances in both the Swedish top flight and second tier.
His impressive performances caught the attention of a number of clubs around Europe, with Nordfeldt joining Dutch top-flight club Heerenveen in 2012.
He featured over 100 times for De Superfriezen, helping them reach the Eredivisie play-offs for Europa League qualification in each of his three seasons at the club.
Due to the form of Lukasz Fabianski, Nordfeldt made just four appearances during his debut season at the Liberty.
