Modou Barrow became the first Gambian to play in the Barclays Premier League after he made his Swans debut off the bench in a 2-1 home win over Arsenal in November 2014.
Having joined on a short-term deal from Swedish side Ostersunds earlier that summer, the winger made a huge impression in his first senior outing as he won the free-kick that Gylfi Sigurdsson fired home to equaliser against the Gunners before Bafe Gomis headed in the winner.
Made further appearances off the bench against Manchester City and Crystal Palace before earning his first start in the 6-2 win over Tranmere in the FA Cup - a match in which he scored his first goal for the club.
Signed a new four-year contract at the Liberty in January 2014 as the Swans tied down the future of one of its brightest talents.
Spent a month on loan at Nottingham Forest and made four appearances for the club before being recalled to the Swans, while he won his first Gambia cap against South Africa in June 2015.
During the 2015-16 campaign, he joined Blackburn Rovers on loan - featuring five times for the Ewood Park side before being recalled by the Swans.
